As you browse through the information on this website you are going to learn about the process and packages that will make your wedding memorable and as stress free as possible. You will be supported from the day you book until you jump in the just married car!


Our Locations

The Mane Barn

Our stunning temperature controlled barn venue offers seating for up to 200 of your closest friends year round! This space also has a bar, indoor bathrooms, outdoor patio, and prep room for caterers. 

The Chapel

The outdoor chapel is constructed from old barn wood, and is situated just off the Mane Barn surrounding you in quiet farm fields and horse pastures. This open air space can seat up to 200 people on bench seating.

Suites

Our bridal suite is a beautiful space fitted with vanities, seating, changing area, mini fridge, and additional counter space. The grooms suite is a large conference room in the Mane Barn. Both rooms are temperature controlled. 


The Details of Renting

Included in all packages are: tables, chairs, the barn, outdoor chapel, outdoor patio, bridal suite, grooms suite, day of director, and access to the grounds for photos. 

  • The first step is to come in and tour the barn with one of the directors and pick your date! Our dates are first come, first serve. 
  • We have a $750 NON-REFUNDABLE Deposit to save your date.
  • After you book, come in and meet you ay of director and sign your contract. You will then start discussing the details of your special day.
  • If we are working with you to decorate, you will send your day of director some inspiration and schedule a décor appointment to come see centerpiece options in person. 
  • 30 days prior to your wedding you will have your final walkthrough to finalize the décor, table set up, timeline, and final payments.
  • The Thursday before your wedding you will have a one hour rehearsal.
  • And then you will blink and its your wedding day!  

Day of Details 

The memories you will make on this day are unforgettable, we do not want stress to get in the way of that. Below is the breakdown of the day of your wedding. This is included in all our packages. 

  • You have access to the farm from 9am - 12am, and your director and staff will be there the entire day.
  • Everything rented from Nickajack will be set up at this time. If you are decorating, your tables will be set up and ready for you at 9am. 
  • Day of director will meet with vendors as they arrive and ensure proper set up
  • Our staff will work with vendors to release tables, clean up and take out trash, answer questions, and be sure everyone is safe and having fun!
  • Last song plays at 11pm.
